MSFS House, Savanur

This is one of the most flourishing centres in the North Karnataka Mission. This centre was started in the year 2000 with the appointment of Fr. Benny Marangolil as the founding member of this mission. The unit was named as PSI Seva Niketan and Fr. Benny Marangolil as the first Director. This relatively unknown place soon became the focal point of attention for the diocese and gave it a direction regarding innovative ways of evangelization. The centre now has a parish, school and play home besides various developmental projects.

• Involvement with the Taluk –district-state and World Bank officers, policy matters etc.

Vision for the Future
The centre intends to become a resource mobilization agency for developmental initiatives in the North Karnataka Region. A regional training centre for Social workers and other skilled category will be a good idea.
