Started in 2000 for street children by Fr. Thomas Chennakkatukunnel. Later changed over to the rehabilitation and education of prisoner’s children. Centre offers Pastoral service in the diocese of Calicut. Changed into a counseling cum spiritual Empowerment Centre in 2009
